If the languages differ, the Italian text prevails.
What we use
The site does not set profiling cookies and does not show a banner. Visits may be measured in aggregate. The concierge remembers, only for the browser session, that a QR open has already been counted. If you install the site, the file that makes it available on the phone stays too.
Storage on the phone
The chosen language and the trip diary can stay on the device. They are not an account, they do not sync, and they do not move to other devices. The draft of name, email, phone and note stays only for the session, until WhatsApp opens, and is then removed. The concierge remembers, only for the browser session, that a QR open has already been counted, so it is not counted twice. It is not a guest identifier. If you install the site, the file that makes it available on the phone does not collect names.
If you add another tool
An advertising tool or a non-essential cookie must be stated on this page and, where the law requires it, turned on only after consent.
